Advance Metering Technology announces shifting of registered office

Advance Metering Technology announced that the Company has shifted its registered office from the State of Haryana to the NCT of Delhi, pursuant to the confirmation received from the Regional Director (Northern Region) & the Registrar of Companies, Delhi.

The registered office of the Company is situated now at 207, Modi Tower, 98 Nehru Place, New Delhi-110019.
