Amara Raja Batteries appoints CFO
With effect from 08 April 2014
Amara Raja Batteries announced that the Audit Committee and the Board at their respective meeting(s) held on 07 April 2014, approved the appointment of S V Raghavendra as Chief Financial Officer of the Company effective from 08 April 2014.Further, the Board noted that K Suresh, relinquished his office as Chief Financial Officer of the Company and shall assume responsibilities as President - Finance of the Company in the areas of Strategic Planning, Project Financing and future business opportunities etc effective from 08 April 2014.
