Ansal Properties & Infrastructure will hold a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on 6 August 2016 to consider and approve the matter related to the Approval of the Un-Audited Financial Results for the 1st quarter ended on the 30 June, 2016 of the Financial Year 2016-17. This is being subjected to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
