Asian Tea & Exports acquires Indong Tea Company

For consideration of Rs 1.80 crore

Asian Tea & Exports announced that the Company has acquired 63.37% shares of Indong Tea Company at a price consideration of approx. Rs. 1.80 crore and subsequent to such acquisition the Indong Tea Company shall be treated as subsidiary of the Company.
