Axis Bank allots 1.52 lakh equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 1,52,460 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 27 September 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,29,85,836(306,64,92,918 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,32,90,756 (306,66,45,378 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each)
