Axis Bank allots 15,050 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 15,050 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 8th July 2019, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 523,91,90,776 (261,95,95,388 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 523,92,20,876 (261,96,10,438 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
