Axis Bank allots 2750 equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 2,750 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each 09.07.2018, pursuant to exercise of options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 513,58,87,072 (256,79,43,536 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 513,58,92,572 (256,79,46,286 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
