Axis Bank allots 31020 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 31020 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 26 July 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,09,10,944 (306,54,55,472 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,09,72,984 (306,54,86,492 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
