Axis Bank allots 48,125 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 48,125 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 01 August 2022 pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank has accordingly increased from Rs. 614,29,33,212 (307,14,66,606 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 614,30,29,462 (307,15,14,731 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
