Axis Bank allots 51,627 equity shares under ESOP

Axis Bank has allotted 51,627 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each of the Bank on 5 July 2021, pursuant to exercise of stock options under its ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 613,05,37,034 (306,52,68,517 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 613,06,40,288 (306,53,20,144 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
