Axis Bank allots equity shares

Under ESOP

Axis Bank announced that the Bank has allotted 51,610 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each on 25 August 2014 pursuant to exercise of options under ESOP Scheme.

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 471,65,12,204 (235,82,56,102 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each) to Rs. 471,66,15,424 (235,83,07,712 equity shares of Rs. 2/- each).
