Bandhan Bank announced that Dr. Ashok Kumar Lahiri, Independent Director (Non-executive part time Chairman) of the Bank, ceases to hold office as the Independent Director (Non-executive part time Chairman) of the Bank with effect from the close of business hours on 09 April 2018.
