Bhagyanagar India intimates of High Court sanction for scheme of arrangement

Bhagyanagar India announced that the Hon'ble High Court of Hyderabad has sanctioned the scheme of arrangement on 21 November 2016 between Bhagyanagar India (demerged company) and Surana Telecom and Power (1st results company) and Bhagyanagar Properties (2nd resulting company) and their respectively shareholders and creditors.
