Gurinder Singh Makker submitted on 31.03.2018 and post facto approval for the acceptance of same by Sh. Nitin Bhandari, to consider and approve to approach Banks under consortium banking for sanction of fresh Term Loan for purchase of machinery and its upgradation not exceeding a sum of Rs.7.00 crores, to consider & authorise Sh.
