The Board of Action Construction Equipment at its meeting held on 14 March 2020 has taken note of resignation of Dr. Amar Singal, Independent Director.The Board has appointed Dr. Divya Singal, as Additional Director (Independent Woman Director) of the Company w.e.f. 01 April 2020.
