RBL Bank allots 2.33 lakh equity shares under ESOP

RBL Bank has allotted 2,33,615 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, on March 13, 2020 under the ESOP Schemes of the Bank.

Consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the Bank has increased from 50,84,64,949 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 5,08,46,49,490 to 50,86,98,564 equity shares of Rs. 10 each aggregating Rs. 5,08,69,85,640.
