The Board of Aditya Birla Capital on 27 February 2020 has allotted 10 crore equity shares of Rs 10 each on preferential basis at a price of Rs 100 per share (including premium of Rs 90 per share) for an aggregate consideration of Rs 1000 crore to Jomei Investments.Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 23,13,42,33,510 (divided into 2,31,34,23,351 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each) to Rs. 24,13,42,33,510 (divided into 2,41,34,23,351 equity shares of face value Rs.10/- each).
