Board of Amraworld Agrico approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 02 September 2015

Amraworld Agrico announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 02 September 2015, inter alia, considered the following :

To Appoint Ketanbhai Dineshchandra Sorathiya as an Additional Director w.e.f. 28 August 2015 of the Company and to accept resignation of Dinaben Ganatra as an additional director from the board of Director of the Company.
