Board of Borosil Glass Works recommends final dividend

Borosil Glass Works announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 22 May 2015, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 25 per equity Share (i.e. 250%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
