Dhenu Buildcon Infra announced that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on 27 August 2018 has appointed Vaibhav Vashisht & Sanjay Kumar Pathak as Additional Directors (Non-executive, Independent) with effect from 27 August, 2018, to hold office up to the date of the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company.
