Board of Eicher Motors allots equity shares under ESOP
At meeting held on 28 October 2016
Eicher Motors announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 28 October 2016, inter alia, have :- Allotted 5,500 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to persons exercising option pursuant to Employees Stock Option Plan of the Company.
