Everest Organics announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 May 2015, inter alia, has approved / resolved the following:1. appointed Nisha Jain, a member of ICSI, as Compliance Officer of the Company.
2. adopted the policy of Vigil Mechanism / Whistle Blower Policy.
