Board of Fairdeal Filaments approves allotment of bonus shares

At meeting held on 31 October 2015

Fairdeal Filaments announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :

- Issue and Allotment of 5,50,000 Bonus fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the existing shareholders of the Company as on Record Date being 31 October 2015 in the ratio of One(1) equity Bonus share for every Ten(10) equity shares held (i.e. in the ratio of 1:10 shares), pursuant to Section 63 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules framed thereunder, clause 17 and other applicable clauses Of Articles of Association of the Company, Securities & Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009 and any other applicable laws & rules framed thereunder as also in terms of approval granted by the members of the Company at their Annual General Meeting held on 30 September 2015.
