Outcome of board meeting of VJIL Consulting

VJIL Consulting announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 October 2015, has approved the following:1. Allotment of 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) Equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 12/- (including premium of Rs. 2/-) to M. Satyendra.
2. Allotment of 10,00,000 (Ten Lakhs) warrants to M. Satyendra, which shall be convertible / Exercisable into equal number of equity shares of the Company.
