Board of Hatsun Agro Product recommends dividend

Hatsun Agro Product announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 6 August 2016, inter alia, have recommended the dividend of Rs 1 per equity Share (i.e. 100%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
