Board of Hercules Hoists recommends final dividend

Hercules Hoists announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 14 June 2016, inter alia, have recommended the final dividend of Rs 1.5 per equity Share (i.e. 150%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
