Bank of India announces change in directorate

With immediate effect

Bank of India announced that in exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of Sub-Section (3) of Section 9 of the Banking Companies (Acquisition and Transfer of Undertakings) Act, 1970, read with sub section (1) of clause 3 of the Nationalised Banks (Management and Miscellaneous Provisions) Scheme, 1970, the Central Government has nominated Girish Chandra Murmu, Additional Secretary, Department of Financial Services on the Board of Bank of India with immediate effect in place of Anna Roy.
