Hi-Tech Gears announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 03 November 2015, inter alia, have considered and approved the following :1. Bidadi Anjani Kumar has been appointed as an Additional Director.
2. P.C. Mathew has resigned from the post of directorship due to his other pressing preoccupations.
