The Board of HPL Electric & Power at its meeting held on 12 May 2021 has approved the appointment of Dr. Rashmi Vij (DIN: 01103219) and Dhruv Goyal (DIN: 06963262) as Additional (Independent) Directors of the Company w.e.f 12 May, 2021, subject to the approval of the shareholders of the company.
