Long term bank facilities - CRISIL C (reaffirmed) and Outlook revised to 'Rating Watch with Developing Implications' from 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications'

Short term bank facilities - CRISIL A4 (reaffirmed) and Outlook revised to 'Rating Watch with Developing Implications' from 'Rating Watch with Negative Implications'

Non convertible debentures - CRISIL D (reaffirmed)
