Board of Impex Ferro Tech appoints director

At meeting held on 08 October 2014

Impex Ferro Tech announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 08 October 2014, has appointed Sujata Agarwal as an Additional Director of the Company as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and rules thereof.

Further, Ashok Kumar Jain has resigned from the position of the Independent Director of the Company with effect from 08 October 2014.
