At meeting held on 06 October 2014
NIIT announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 06 October 2014, has approved the appointment of Rahul Keshav Patwardhan as Chief Executive Officer Designate from 06 October 2014 till the end of the current financial year i.e. 31 March 2015.The Board also approved the following changes with effect from 01 April 2015;
- Rajendra S. Pawar shall continue to be the Chairman of NIIT.
- Vijay K. Thadani shall be Vice Chairman & Managing Director.
- P. Rajendran shall be Joint Managing Director.
- Rahul Keshav Patwardhan shall become Chief Executive Officer, taking over this position from Vijay K. Thadani.
