The Board of Leena Consultancy at its meeting held on 24 August 2019 has approved the appointment of Mr. Kirankumar Navinchandra Shukla (Din: 01568997) as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company with effect from 24 August 2019. The Board has accepted the resignation of Ashwin Damania from the Board of the company.
