Board of OCL Iron & Steel appoints director

OCL Iron & Steel announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 31 March 2015, has appointed Ankita Wadhawan as Director on the Board effective from 31 March 2015, pursuant to Section 149 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.
