Board of OnMobile Global approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 26 June 2014

OnMobile Global announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 26 June 2014, inter alia, has :

Approved the appointment of Francois Charles Sirois as an additional director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 26 June 2014.

Approved the appointment of Rajiv Pancholy as an Additional Director on the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Company w.e.f. 26 June 2014.

Taken note of the resignation of Chandramouli Janakiraman from the Board w.e.f. 26 June 2014.
