Board of Oriental Carbon & Chemicals recommends interim dividend

Oriental Carbon & Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 9 November 2015, inter alia, have recommended the interim dividend of Rs 3 per equity Share (i.e. 30%), subject to the approval of the shareholders.
