Board of Popular Estate Management appoints directors

At meeting held on 21 January 2015

Popular Estate Management announced that the Company has appointed Rameshbhai R. Patel as an Independent Non-Executive Director and Saritaben N. Patel as a Woman Executive Promoter Director of the Company vide resolution passed in Board meeting held on 21 January 2015 and Form No. DIR-12 is also filed with Registrar of Companies to give effect to the said appointments.
