Board of Rajasthan Petro Synthetics appoints company secretary

At meeting held on 27 May 2015

Rajasthan Petro Synthetics announced that Gaurav Verma an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, who had given his consent to act as Company Secretary (KMP)-cum-Compliance Officer of the Company was duly appointed by the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on 27 May 2015 as Company Secretary (KMP)-cum- Compliance Officer w.e.f. 01 June 2015.
