Board of ICVL Chemicals approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 29 June 2015

ICVL Chemicals announced that the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 29 June 2015, has approved the appointment of Yash Sharma as an Additional Director of the Company w.e.f. 29 June 2015. The Board has received a resignation letter from Vinay Kumar Director of the Company. The Board considered the same and accepted his resignation with immediate effect.

The Board took note the order received from the Regional Director vide letter dated 04 June 2015 for shifting of registered office of the Company from State of Maharashtra to NCT of Delhi.
