Board of Roselabs Finance approves change in directorate

At meeting held on 07 February 2018

The board of Roselabs Finance at its meeting held on 07 February 2018 has approved appointment of Prakash Lavji Vaghela as Additional Director (categorized as Independent Director) of the Company with effect from 7 February 2018. Prakash Bhatt has been resigned from post of Independent Director with effect from 7 February, 2018 due to pre occupation.
