The Board of Shalimar Paints at its meeting held on 17 November 2018 has approved the Letter of Offer, Abridged Letter of Offer and Composite Application Form which will be filed with BSE and National Stock Exchange of India in respect of proposed Rights Issue of 3,37,47,518 Equity Shares of face value of Rs.2 each of the Company for cash at a price of Rs. 64.50 (including premium of Rs. 62.50) per Equity Share for an aggregate amount of Rs. 217. 67 crore to the Eligible Equity Shareholders.
