Board of Sibar Auto Parts allots 1.25 lakh equity shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Sibar Auto Parts at its meeting held on 04 October 2019 has allotted 1.25 lakh equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each on conversion of warrants. Consequently, the equity share capital of the company has increased to Rs 16.52 crore comprising of 1,65,25,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each fully paid up.
