At meeting held on 10 February 2015
Soma Textiles & Industries announced that there are changes in the directorate of the Company as under:-1. Sunil Chandra Mathur, Nominee Director of IDBI, on the Board of the Company has resigned from the Board of Directors of the Company vide his e-mail dated 09 February 2015, with immediate effect.
2. Nisha Loyalka appointed as Director on casual vacancy, on the Board of Directors of the Company w.e.f. 10 February 2015, caused by the death of Late B. L. Dhoot.
3. Malay H. Shah appointed w.e.f. 10 February 2014, as an Additional Director and also an Independent Director, on the Board of Directors of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation, subject to approval of the Shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting of the Company.
The said changes have been considered by the Board of Directors of the Company at the Board Meeting held on 10 February 2015.
