Board of South India Paper Mills approves change in company secretary

At meeting held on 29 October 2015

South India Paper Mills announced that N. S. Hegde, Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company, has resigned from the post of Company Secretary w.e.f. 29 October 2015. The Board of Directors have at their Meeting held on 29 October 2015 have appointed Vidya Bhat as the Company Secretary and Compliance officer of the Company.
