Outcome of board meeting of Jindal Saw

Jindal Saw announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 October 2015, inter alia, considered and approved the constitution of a Reorganisation Committee to explore and evaluate various options for restructuring of the Company and its direct and indirect wholly owned subsidiaries, viz, JITF Infralogistics, JITF Waterways and JITF Shipyards so as to achieve optimum utilization of capabilities and bring about dedicated management focus and business strategies.
