Spisys announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 30 November 2015, has considered and approved the following:

1. Appointment of A. Rajendra Prasad and Anil Kumar Ramavatar as additional directors in independent category.

2. Appointment of Rajasekhar V V as CFO of the Company.
