Indiabulls Ventures allots equity shares

Under ESOS

Indiabulls Ventures has issued and allotted 28,250 (Twenty Eight Thousand Two Hundred and Fifty) Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each, to the eligible employees upon exercise of options vested in their favour under 'lndiabulls Ventures Limited Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008'.

Consequent to the said allotment, the paid-up Equity share capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 58,55,43,784/- divided into 29,27,71,892 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each.
