Board of Sundaram Finance recommends second interim dividend

Sundaram Finance announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on 8 March 2016, inter alia, have recommended the second interim dividend of Rs 5.5 per equity Share (i.e. 55%) , subject to the approval of the shareholders.
