Nakrani (DIN: 02255297) as an Additional Director designated as Independent Director of the Company by Circular Resolution passed on 23 January 2020 with requisite majority. The appointment would be effective from 23 January 2020 for the casual vacancy of an Independent Director on Board the Company.
