Consequently, the paid-up share capital of the Bank has increased from Rs. 303,68,76,850 consisting of 303,687,685 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 303,72,48,430 consisting of 303,724,843 equity shares having a face value of Rs. 10/- each.
